Music to Wed By

My name is Amy Tobin. I am a violinist with over 15 years of professional experience. I have a Bachelor's degree in violin performance from Boston University, and have participated in various music festivals such as Tanglewood and Kneisel Hall, as well as being a former member of the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra.

I have performed many weddings, events, and parties; as well as playing for studio sessions and with many of the local orchestras in the Twin Cities area. I am also a member of the Twin Cities Musician's Union.

I also work with many great musicians, including cellists, violists, violinists, and singers. I play with quartets, trios, duos, and, of course, am also available as a soloist.

One of the wonderful things that I have found in doing weddings and parties, is the great response we get when we mix it up with classical, jazz, pop, and classic rock.

We play everything from Pachelbel's Canon to Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. Chances are, if there is a particular song that you would like to hear at your wedding or party, my group can do it for you!
